Duvel. The quintessential Strong Belgian Blond. This the original Belgian speciality beer really needs no introduction. A Belgian beer I'd had many times before, and whilst a far cry from the world of craft beer, it is worthy of a review for both its history and its potency.

Duvel describe this, their Original Duvel as: Duvel is a natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavour and a distinctive hop character. The refermentation in the bottle and a long maturation, guarantees a pure character, delicate effervescence and a pleasant sweet taste of alcohol.
