I do enjoy a good Belgian beer, and whilst neither of these may be considered absolutely top-tier, it's undeniable that Leffe at least, is an absolute main-stay and usually provides a delicious Belgian beer experience. But, there's a (relative) newcomer on the block, produced especially for Aldi supermarkets in the UK (and beyond, we would assume) is St. Pierre, a Belgian Blond with some interesting similarities to Leffe, so it only seemed right to put these two head-to-head.
Have Aldi made a quality budget-friendly Belgian experience? Or is it a merely a poor imitation. Today...I find out.
