On first starting this Lord's Brewing Co Mount Helix Review, like with any West Coast IPA from a brewery I like, I was a bit concerned. It simply isn't a style I gel with all that well. But, cheeky little craft ale has a few tricks up its sleeve, and won me over with its simply exceptional balance.

Lord's Brewing Co describe Mount Helix, their West Coast Pale Ale as: Mount Helix Influenced by Californian Pale Ales, this beer is robustly hopped giving it an intense flavour that is undeniably more-ish. It is bursting with citrus, pine and floral overtones, which give way to a lightly toasted crisp malt base. England to San Diego in sip.

Lord's Brewing Co are based in Huddersfield West Yorkshire and brew a wide range of Pale Ales, IPAs, Stouts, Porters, Bitters and Blonde Ales & Beers.
