This Sierra Nevada Stout Review is Episode Five in my Sierra Nevada Series. This traditional dark beer style is quoted as being West Coast, maybe after it's original rather than the actual taste profile of this craft beer.

I am very disappointed this craft stout is being discontinued as this was a delightful, bitter, and flavourful craft beer interpretation of this traditional British beer style.

The Sierra Nevada Stout is described as; On November 15, 1980, Sierra Nevada started it all with 5 barrels of big, rich Stout. Big, rich, bold, black-as-night, and filled with the wild-eyed passion of which dreams are made. Rich with malt flavours of chocolate and roasty mocha-like espresso notes.
