Beer Flatbread UK, this ultimate cheesy beer bread recipe has to be tried to be believed. What to do with old beer? An incredibly simple recipe, a no yeast bread and a no rising agent recipe makes for an easy, low-fuss bread that you'll love experimenting with.

Today the beer I'm using for this delicious cheesy beer flatbread is 99 Red Baboons, a dark ruby mild/porter beer from Nottingham's Blue Monkey Brewery.

Ingredients:
Plain Flour - 3 Cups / 370g
Butter - 1/2 Cup / 65g
Sugar - 1/4 Cup / 50g
Beer - 330-350ml
Cheese - I used a large handful of grated mature cheddar, but go wild as you see fit.
Salt - To taste.

Oven temp is approx 195c / 375f.

Cook time is 1 hour, but as per my results, going a few minutes less may be preferable, so keep an eye out.
